We incorporate Voice of the Customer to improve CMC products (both new and legacy), and we have established a strong Six Sigma community and technical solutions organization to help solve customers’ challenges.

Our customer-facing support professionals are based throughout the world in sales, applications, quality and customer service departments.

Technical Solutions

Our technical solutions network is a proactive collaboration with our customers that is intended to help improve overall performance and results. At CMC, we have identified an opportunity to improve the offering we provide to our customers through a close, proactive engagement philosophy that leverages our technical strengths and knowledge, utilizes our Six Sigma skills and provides value to our customers.

Six Sigma

Six Sigma is directly focused on customer satisfaction and performance. This structured, disciplined, statistical process is a proven methodology that reduces variation, enhances process knowledge and directs focus onto customer performance. At CMC we have made significant progress in our drive to incorporate Six Sigma into our business culture. We have had many successes to date due to our continuing development program.
